Kylie's directing and writing work has been screened in numerous international film festivals, winning awards for Best Direction, Best Drama and Artist of the Year. In 2023 Kylie began directing My Missing Year, a drama set in 1979. Future projects include the feature film, Pepper Cherry, a Canadian-Italian co-production and Abeyance, a thriller set in Alberta. In addition to her directing work, Kylie is an experienced 2nd Unit Director and creative assistant. She directed the 2nd Unit of Billy the Kid (MGM) and My Life with the Walter Boys (Netflix). She will rejoin My Life with the Walter Boys as an Associate Producer for Season II. 

 Kylie is a member of the Directors Guild of Canada, the Australian Director's Guild and the Australian Writer's Guild. She is a graduate of the UCLA Extension Screenwriting program, and the NYU Professional Studies Screenwriting program and holds an M.Ed. From the University of Tasmania. In a former life, Kylie worked internationally as a professional chef and as a culinary instructor at the George Brown Chef School and the City University of New York. An adventurer at heart, her life experiences fuel her storytelling and approach to directing.
